Got “that golfing thirst?” A hundred years ago prohibition was in full swing, so Welch’s Grape Juice was clearly the drink to quench it.

  1. So if there is a “golfing ” thirst….how about a “shopping thirst? Or a house cleaning thirst? Or a kid chasing thirst? I am sure the “ladies” could use something stronger then a cup to tea…. Maybe a little grape juice that had set and fermented for a bit?

    1. It also struck me that only men were shown in the picture – even though I was looking at a “women’s” magazine. Why weren’t women also shown as having a “golfing thirst”?

  2. Hehe! Just open the bottle and let a little air in and soon you will either have wine or vinegar! I can’t say that any men were lining up for (unfermented) grape juice!
