I think that Amour’s Oats are long gone, but I still enjoyed this advertisement so decided to share it with you.
A Hundred Years Ago 
Although I don’t start cooking them then, I still soak oats overnight. So creamy!
I do it similarly to you, but not exactly the same. When I make steel-cut oatmeal I bring the oats and water to a boil in the evening, and then turn off the heat and let sit overnight to soak. It makes such a lovely oatmeal.
