That sounds good any time. I think just sitting down to sip a cup of tea helps.
Well I drink plenty of tea , will try adding some lemon next time, guess it’s kinda soothing.

Stress Headache I think we might call it now and this sounds like a little self-care that could just help.
Works for me
I think we call them “tension headaches” now, but slowing down with a cup of tea with or without lemon helps ease tension.
I have learned to eliminate the problem then drink the tea as a reward. 😆
