I had to look them up, and you can find them on ebay and etsy, of course. Some look pretty good, with only a few dings in the porcelain, and still have their trays with them. Our great grandmothers would be shocked to see what they sell for now!

It is, Sheryl! For a long time, I had my Grandma’s blue with white speckles porcelain roasting pan, and later, my mother’s aluminum one. I loved them both.
Similarly to you I had my grandmother’s blue with white speckles roasting pan for year, but it just generally wore out about 8 or 10 years ago. I then bought a new roasting pan that’s blue with white speckles, but it’s not the same.
I know what you mean; it is like all that turkey/chicken/roast juice just made such a difference!
